This restorative form of yoga by Kaya Mindlin provides a deep release through the physical and subtle spine. Helps resolve deep held tensions, and mental patterns that no longer serve you. This class helps to bring balance to a world where fire, action and doing are valued we often forget this requires with nectar, rest, release, and nourishment. An accessible, and yet deep advanced yoga practice and my absolute favourite.
*Requires the ability to come to the floor from standing, and weight baring on hands.
*Not recommended in first trimester of pregnancy or for children/teens without a parent/guardian participating with them.
Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) is incorporated into all my classes, however this class has a longer duration. This helps practice is evidence based in improving sleep, minimizing menstraul irregularities, stress reduction, improving overall feeling of wellbeing and much more!
