Parents, moms, dads this is a space that supports you and your baby (0-6 months). Whether you are looking to connect with other parents, ease your postpartum body back into movement or just get out of the house and talk to other folks this class is for you. Incorporate your little into your class, let them sleep or join in. Need to move out of asana to feed, settle, change a diaper this is a baby friendly space and supporting their needs is encouraged.
